Peanut Butter and Banana Smoothie

We've kept our fave smoothie combo super easy to whip up in a couple of minutes. If you've got kids, you'll know the after school slump hits hard - or even at work it's 3pm and you hit the wall! Ingredients:1 cup of milk (we chose plant based chocolate oat)1-2 Tbsp Smooth peanut butter 1 bananaA few ice cubesMethod: Place it all in your smoothie maker or blender, give it a whizz.
