Squashed Date and Nut Butter Slice

An easy slice to make - Squash a couple of handfuls of fresh or dried dates on a tray lined with baking paper. (No set quantity, measure with your hungry tummy!)Spread our Almond Butter on top (can use any of our range, they would all work so well) Add chopped nuts sprinkled on top. Peanut Butter and Banana Smoothie

We've kept our fave smoothie combo super easy to whip up in a couple of minutes. If you've got kids, you'll know the after school slump hits hard - or even at work it's 3pm and you hit the wall! Ingredients:1 cup of milk (we chose plant based chocolate oat)1-2 Tbsp Smooth peanut butter 1 bananaA few ice cubesMethod: Place it all in your smoothie maker or blender, give it a whizz. PB Anzac Biscuits

1C rolled oats1C coconut1/2 C flourAll into a large bowl & mix.Melt over low heat-60g butter1/2C Te Whānau Smooth peanut butter1/2C golden/ maple/ rice bran syrup or honey1/3C sugarDissolve 1tsp baking soda in 3 Tbsp boiling water & add to wet mixture.Pour wet ingredients into dry mix & combine.Can cool for 5mins or pop into fridge.Oven to 180C. Roll mixture into balls & place on lined tray about 4cm apart. If too much mixture, do a second tray rather than squeeze them onto one....

No Bake DIY Yoghurt & Peanut Butter Bites

1C plain thick yoghurt. 1/2C PB, we used TWNB Smooth1/4C maple syrup or honeyMix together and spoon onto flat plate lined with baking paper.Freeze till firm.Melt 2/3C chocolate with a teaspoon of coconut oil. Dip bites into chocolate to cover. Freeze till set. Ka rawe (awesome!)We also tried this with coconut yoghurt and it was great, but using a mould would be better as the yoghurt tends to spread on the plate....
